Call for entries:
Red Space Gallery is seeking proposals for exhibitions for 2011. Any medium is acceptable and new media, as in performance, installation, sound, collaborations, interactive media (etc.), are highly encouraged. Applicants will be chosen according to quality and content of work and the ability of the space to accommodate to the vision of the artist.
About the space:
Red Space is a brand new non-commercial gallery located in the home of Caitlin G. McCollom. Red Space seeks to provide exhibitions for emerging artists in a non-traditional gallery setting.
Application:
To apply please email your CV, artist’s statement, and proposal along with 5-10 images that clearly represent your work as a whole.
Be sure to include your contact information.

Proposal format:
Your proposal should briefly detail what your exhibition would be, including the medium of your work, and any special circumstances (for example, if your work requires a lot of technology, is extremely messy, loud, or bloody I need to know.) Keep in mind Red Space is about the size of a bedroom and cannot accommodate very large projects.
Your proposal should also include a concise concept statement.
